Section 7: Action plan for Volunteer Coordinator

Throughout Sections 1 - 6 of this course, you will identify a number of 'Action Points' that could be taken to improve the recruitment, retention, recognition and rewarding of volunteers within your club. Using these action points, Section 7 will help you to devise an action plan to achieve your action points.
